MAPP is an Architecture and Landscape Architecture design firm with a strong emphasis on participation. We have proven experience across a diverse range of projects in each area of service, both individually and combined.
Our slogan, “Experience Design, Smart Resource Management,” conveys our value proposition: a tailored approach to each project we undertake, with a focus on sustainable resource deployment.
We were awarded 1st place in the design of the Next Green Awards 2016 – Latam Category, secured three major landscape and urban design bids, and facilitated design participation with a variety of stakeholders.
We help our clients better define their goals and constraints to produce high-quality spatial experiences.
Our second business line focuses on structuring real estate development projects from scratch, forming alliances with clients and peers. We have successfully collaborated on projects that resulted in closed deals.
About me
I consider myself a creative and versatile individual, a passionate architect and an enthusiastic entrepreneur. I have led design teams, and participated in various types of projects both in architecture and landscape architecture, in all of their life-cycles. I am passionate about the design process, and its uniqueness in each project that I face. Participatory methods have made a big impact in my career, I enjoy mixing technics such as hand drawing, drafting, BIM modeling and physical models. I believe in technical rigor, and organizational practices. I value management skills and strategic leadership. I participate as a board member of two family companies, construction and a real state family office.
I am a husband and father to a 9-year-old girl, I love to run, ride and play chess. Travelling, education and health are our family priorities. I am a hard worker and strive to be socially responsible and fair to everyone around me.
