CHALLENGE

Design a schematic feasibility potential study, involving three phases, for an urban renovation site. The design had to involve projections of variations in land acquisition and involve proportions of effective public space per dweller. This study was commissioned by Constructora Bolivar and developed in association with Masterplan. Ultimately, it was used to negotiate the land, and currently, it is undergoing construction permit designs developed by Constructora Bolivar.

STRATEGY

The complex design went through several iterations, using Revit masses and schedules, to ensure regulatory compliance and maximize built potential.
