CHALLENGE

Design an institutional cluster to evaluate the feasibility of developing a two-school cluster and a medium-scale health center. This schematic project was designed for Constructora Bolivar as one of their land parcels within a major urban development primarily composed of residential use (designed by Masterplan).

STRATEGY

Generate a variety of layout options and ultimately develop a comprehensive proposal that aligns with institutional objectives and complies with regulatory frameworks. The design not only had to meet the requirements but also offer a vision of how to integrate urban dynamics within the major development. It needed to present a commercially viable vision for local authorities while outlining a grounded institutional program.
