CHALLENGE

Design a high-profile apartment building in La Carolina Neighborhood on a land parcel facing the Country Club.

STRATEGY

We designed a building that had its biggest units facing the Country Club, with smaller apartments towards the back of the site. Many of the apartments were received by the owners without architectural finishes. The semi-basement level was built without a retaining wall on two of its borders. A shadow vegetation intervention was designed, from which lighting, ventilation, and a nicer experience were achieved.
