CHALLENGE

Develop a two-stage housing project with a commercial offering of areas ranging from 38m2 to 120m2. The plot had the advantage of high potential for high-rise development (within the context). Maximize the use of the surroundings and the view towards the eastern hills, the savannah of Bogotá, and the Country Club

STRATEGY

A variable-height building was proposed, with a large courtyard in the center, to maximize the facade area and light for all apartments. Four levels of common areas were developed: the ground floor, the second floor in the courtyard, the roof of the ninth floor as an active and passive recreation terrace, and the roof of the 17th floor as an observation deck. The facade was organized with deep openings, most of the living rooms and social areas are located in the corners. The larger apartments on the upper floors were designed with three facades, maximizing light and the relationship with the surroundings.
