CHALLENGE

Design a project with an urban planning license that enables the possibility of project development, articulating variables such as wetlands, ZMPA (Zone of Major Protection of Aquifers), public parks, and limitations from the civil aviation authority (areocivil). Also, design a building with a differentiating factor that meets market requirements and utilizes steel frame structure.

STRATEGY

The project was conceived with an inner stepped element that opens towards the Capellanía wetland. Normative and technical variables were harmonized to create a building that offers an experience beyond the apartment. The progressive areas have a variation of six levels, where different passive and active recreational activities will be developed, confomirng the social fabric of the building.
