CHALLENGE
The project was originally designed by Juan Guillermo Clevez. Our role was to redesign the 65m2 and 75m2 apartments and their corresponding buildings, as well as introduce new buildings for new 42m2 and 100m2 products. The task also called for adjustments in urban design and ultimately the landscape recreational areas as well.
STRATEGY
Generate a variety of urban layout options for the buildings to ensure regulatory compliance and develop new products according to commercial needs. The project is currently under construction, and our new 100m2 apartments were very successf
