CHALLENGE
Redesign an existing scheme for the client, on a site in Piñango neighborhood in Cartagena. The design should be attractive and allow for potential analysis, in order to organize a bid for the land.
STRATEGY
Taking advantage of the no-height restriction in Cartagena, we developed different products with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, organizing a "Tetris"-like configuration. All of the apartments have a double-height living area, but only 80% are duplex
