CHALLENGE

Redesign Unicentro’s food court, corridors, and surrounding public space with interventions to provide a renewed experience. Develop a comprehensive approach to bring together the shopping center’s owners and board to make a significant investment that accomplishes the main objective in construction phases.

STRATEGY

With a collaborative approach, we implemented a design workshop that brought together the visions of different stakeholders, identified obstacles, and provided opportunities. The information from this workshop was then implemented into a design that was communicated using Revit and Enscape to help the decision-making process. The design was built upon the region's local landscape and culture, providing a vibrant and lively atmosphere, harmonizing with technical and regulatory constraints.
